| PROPOSAL |
The applicant is seeking a Use Permit to create a new telecommunication facility that consists of one (1) new 50-foot tall mono-eucalyptus, nine (9) new panel antennas, eighteen (18) new RRUs, one (1) new diesel generator, one (1) new GPS antenna, two (2) new power cabinets, four (4) new Purcell cabinets, utility panels, four (4) new surge suppressors, three (3) new DC12 units and a new 6-foot tall CMU fence enclosure. |
| ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION |
Staff is recommending that the proposed project be found Categorically Exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Class 11, Section 15311 because the exemption provides for placement of minor structures accessory to (appurtenant to) existing commercial facilities. |
