The Board of Supervisors has created the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan Review Board (FTSPRB) to review and comment on proposed land development projects within the geographic area of Foothill Trabuco. The geographic area of interest is the area defined by the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan.
