Public Hearings, Meetings and Notices

All public hearings and meetings are open to the public for comments.

Regular Meeting Dates and Times

Identified below are dates and times of the regularly scheduled public meetings:

• Planning Commission: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month at 1:30 p.m.
• Zoning Administrator: 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 1:30 p.m.
• Subdivision Committee: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 1:30 p.m.
• Development Processing Review Committee (DPRC): 1st Wednesday of each month at 8:30 a.m.
• Advisory Committees: These review boards normally meet once each month and conduct public meetings.
• Public Notices: Visit our page to get updates on Public Notices.

Please note the frequency of meetings is based upon items being scheduled, if no items are scheduled the meeting will not be held. If you are interested in attending a meeting and unsure if the meeting has been scheduled please contact us at (714) 667-8800.

Special Meetings

Special meetings can be scheduled for any type of public meeting; special meetings require a public notice to be made available at least 24-hours prior to the meeting date.

Meeting Locations

• Planning Commission meetings are held in the Multi Purpose Room 101 at County Administration North,  located at 400 W. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92701. 
• Subdivision Committee and Zoning Administrator meeting locations are posted on the agenda.
• Development Process Review Committee (DPRC) meetings are held via Zoom until further notice. Please see the agenda for more information.
