All public hearings and meetings are open to the public for comments.

Regular Meeting Dates and Times

Identified below are dates and times of the regularly scheduled public meetings:

Please note the frequency of meetings is based upon items being scheduled, if no items are scheduled the meeting will not be held. If you are interested in attending a meeting and unsure if the meeting has been scheduled please contact us at (714) 667-8800.

Special Meetings

Special meetings can be scheduled for any type of public meeting; special meetings require a public notice to be made available at least 24-hours prior to the meeting date.

Meeting Locations

  • Planning Commission meetings are held in the Planning Commission Hearing Room at the Hall of Administration located at 333 W. Santa Ana Blvd. at the corner of Broadway and Santa Ana Blvd., Santa Ana.
  • Subdivision Committee and Zoning Administrator meeting locations are posted on the agenda.
  • Development Process Review Committee (DPRC) meetings are held via Zoom until further notice. Please see the agenda for more information.
