NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE ORANGE COUNTY SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE  

SUBJECT Tentative Parcel Map 2021-118

PROPOSAL

 Tentative Parcel Map 2021-118 – a proposal to subdivide a vacant 0.923 acre property into two parcels of 20,165 square feet and 20,0045 square feet in the unincorporated North Tustin area. No property improvements are proposed with this application.   
LOCATION The project is located at 10352 Broadview Place in the unincorporated area of North Tustin within the Third Supervisorial District (APN 503-551-18) 
ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) allows categorical exemptions for projects that have been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment.  The project would qualify as a Class 15 Minor Land Divisions categorical exemption (CEQA Guidelines §15315).

It is requested that any written response be submitted to OC Development Services/Planning at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date. If you challenge the action taken on this proposal in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to OC Development Services/Planning.
