Staging Exhibit
The Los Patrones Parkway project includes the establishment of an alignment, design, and construction of a new Arterial Highway between Oso Parkway and Cow Camp Road. This project traverses the “Ranch”, Rancho Mission Viejo (RMV) Planned Community.
The project was constructed in two Stages, Oso Parkway to Chiquita Canyon Drive (Los Patrones – Stage 1) and Chiquita Canyon Drive to Cow Camp Road (Los Patrones – Stage 2). Both Stages were opened to traffic in 2019.
